Scope: This project involved bulk earthworks including batter shaping, bulk clearing including tree removal, topsoil stripping and disposal of excess material, the supply and installation of drainage including culverts, headwalls and stone pitching, the supply and installation of retaining gabion walls including excavation, compaction and testing, road construction including widening, proof rolling, compaction and testing, supply and installation of subbase and subgrade materials, seal and asphalt installation, kerbing and guardrails.
